OnsiteIQ has monitored over 2,500+ projects across 200+ cities in the U.S. and Canada, covering more than $34B of new development. Building on this extensive footprint, we conducted a structured ROI survey in Q3 2025 to measure the platform’s impact on portfolio monitoring at scale. The survey gathered responses from 89 professionals across 40 companies, including developers, contractors, architects, and consultants. The questions aimed to compare project outcomes before vs. after using OnsiteIQ. These answers were aggregated and captured as either percentage improvements or multipliers.
